James was contracted to build our home in 2006. We were very pleased with our entire building process. We can’t say enough great things about our experience from the beginning until we moved in our home in December 2007. James listened to everything that we asked of him and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. He was at the construction site daily overseeing the contractors. He is very particular the the quality of the materials that he uses and pays great attention to detail. Since he has built our home we have recommended him to many of our clients.

Other than being a long time personal friend, he built and helped with the design of my existing home. While under construction I noticed his attention to detail in the house as well as attention to each sub-contractor he employed. Without a doubt, the single most important aspect when you are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars building your dream house is to make sure that you have a builder that you trust. James is a person you can trust. I have known many folks that have had tumultuous building experiences and their relationship with their chosen builder is now hostile. I can honestly say that building with James a very pleasant experience that forged a friendship and I too, am one of those that would without any hesitation use James again.
